ORDER OF PUBLICATION OF SERVICE AGAINST DEFENDANTS JOHN DOE(S), JANE DOE(S) AND ROY BOGGESS BY CLERK OF THE MONONGALIA COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT
The object of the above entitled action is for plaintiffs to seek redress for multiple civil causes of action against defendants, which include counts for harassment of a public official, impersonation of a public figure, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment, abuse of process and false light invasion of privacy, spoliation of evidence, multiple counts of defamation (libel), and multiple counts of civil conspiracy in relation to all such causes of action, which action is also filed against unknown defendants who are persons whose identities are presently unknown to plaintiffs and that conspired with the named defendants on an intentionally anonymous basis in relation to the improper conduct giving rise to such causes of action and who are legally responsible for unlawfully causing injuries and damages to plaintiffs;
And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that:
(a) There are or may be persons, other than those named in the complaint as plaintiff or defendant interested in the subject matter of the action whose names are unknown to the plaintiff who are made defendants by the general description of unknown defen- dants as John Doe(s) and Jane Doe(s).
(b) Defendant Roy Boggess is a nonresident of State of West Vir- ginia for whom no agent or appointed or statutory attorney-in-fact is found in the State of West Virginia upon whom service may be had; and
It is hereby ordered that Defendants John Doe(s), Jane Doe(s), and Roy Boggess do serve upon this Court, whose address is 75 High Street, Suite 12, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer or other defense to the complaint filing in this action on or before July 13, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against John Doe(s), Jane Doe(s), and Roy Boggess at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained by any defendant herein from the undersigned clerk at the aforementioned address.
