It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ANGLE EDWARD JAMES MILLINER has been unable to be located by ALEXIS CHEYENNE MCELFRESH and that he/she has used due diligence to determine the address. Therefore, ANGLE EDWARD JAMES MILLINER shall serve upon The Monongalia County Circuit Clerk, 75 High Street, Suite 12, Morgantown, WV 26505, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense he/she may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before July 8, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
