PUBLIC NOTICE
The Hancock County Solid Waste Authority (HCSWA) will receive bids for the preparation and bulk mailing of an 6″ x 10″ color postcard to approximately 15,600 households located in Hancock County, WV (zip codes 26034, 26047, 26050, 26056, and 26062). The postcard will contain details regarding the recycling services provided by the Hancock County Recycling Center located at 832 Gas Valley Road, New Cumberland, WV 26047 and certain requirements of WV Code 22-4-10. The postcards will need to be mailed in the summer of 2026. Please call (304) 479-3689 or send an email to

All bids must be received at
[email protected]
on or before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026. The HCSWA reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
