Antero Resources Corporation, 1615 Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well, Blue Heron Unit 5V, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 547581.463m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4341498.598m in Middle West Fork Creek Watershed, West Milford Quadrangle, Union District, Harrison County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period.
