Services may include one
or more of the following:
Bond Counsel
PSC legal services
Local legal counsel
Procurement of these
services will be conducted
in accordance with
applicable State of West
Virginia requirements and
federal regulations (2 CFR
Part 200) utilizing a
qualifications-based
selection process. Firms
may submit for one or
more service categories.
Interested firms or
individuals must submit
a statement of
qualifications detailing
experience, expertise,
and relevant project
history by July 1, 2026
at 4:00 PM
