ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids to prepare surfaces by installing gravel and leveling, remove weeds, and installing 3.5″ of finished product hot mix, asphalt rolled and compressed at the St. Marys High School Athletic Complex at 2330 N Pleasants Highway, St. Marys, WV 26170 will be received by the Pleasants County Board of Education, 202 Fairview Drive, St. Marys, West Virginia 26170, until July 6, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., L.P.T., after which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Pleasants County Board of Education will base the purchasing decision on equipment features, availability, and conformity to the specifications as well as bid price and budgetary considerations.
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
