A Petition has been filed to establish guardianship of M.S., a minor child, by Carol Skeens. A hearing has been set for this matter in the courtroom of the Honorable Anthony Bisaha, Family Court Judge of Mercer County, in Princeton, West Virginia, on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 9:30AM. Because Victoria Skeens's whereabouts are unknown to the Petitioner, this notice is provided to inform her of the above-captioned matter. Any objections to the guardianship shall be filed in the Family Court Clerk's Office, Mercer County Courthouse, 120 Scott Street, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, and shall be served upon the undersigned counsel.
