Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of July, 2026 at 9:00 A.M., on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge J.D. Beane, located at #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101. Wherein Sylvia Holshu and Zachary Holshu, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court granting adoption of K.H., minor., at which time and place, Briana Hardesty, may appear if so desired.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office at #2 Govnment Square, Wood County cial lding, Parkersburg WV 26101.
