DONNIE L. HERSMAN, DECEASED, REBECCA D. HERSMAN, DECEASED, NICOLE FRANCIS, DECEASED, MICHELE HILL , and the heirs, devisees, successors, assigns and/or creditors of donnie l. hersman, Deceased, rebecca D. Hersman, deceased, Nicole Francis, deceased, and all the persons or entities who claim any ownership interest in and to that tract of land in the Parkersburg corporation District, Wood County, West Virginia, being all of lot e john j bryants r/d of lots of morningside AND.
The object of the above-referenced action is quiet title to the Plaintiff.
And it appearing by the affidavit filed in this action that the last known addresses have been attempted, and not known, it is hereby, DONNIE L. HERSMAN, DECEASED, REBECCA D. HERSMAN, DECEASED, NICOLE FRANCIS, DECEASED, MICHELE HILL , and the heirs, devisees, successors, assigns and/or creditors of donnie l. hersman, Deceased, rebecca D. Hersman, deceased, Nicole Francis, deceased, and all the persons or entities who claim any ownership interest in and to that tract of land in the Parkersburg corporation District, Wood County, West Virginia, being all of lot e john j bryants r/d of lots of morningside and, shall serve upon Justin M. Raber, Esq., counsel for the Plaintiff, whose address is P.O. Box 345, Parkersburg, West Virginia, 26102, a response or any defense you have to this action ON OR BEFORE Friday, July 17, 2026. A hearing is set before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of July, 2026, on the Complaint and further requested relief, and may be continued without further notice or publication. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
