WVU at Parkersburg Foundation, Inc. desires to add a new elevator and machine room
at the former OVU campus located in Vienna, WV. This scope of work includes complete installation of a new elevator system and construction of elevator pit and hoistway, and all associated equipment. The Elevator equipment was pre-purchased by the Owner. Electronic bid documents will be available on July 2, 2026, at www.pickering
planroom.com at no cost. A Prebid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026, at 10:30 am at WVUP ITC (former OVU) located at 1961 Innovation Drive, Vienna, WV 26105. Bids will be due at 1:00 p.m. on July 24, 2026, at the WVUP ITC 1961 Innovation Drive, Vienna, WV 26105 Attention: Tiffany Gilmore, Room W117. A public bid opening will take place directly after bids are due. The Project does not include Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements.
