ON OR ABOUT THE 10th DAY OF JUNE, 2026, Wesbanco Bank, Inc., the Plaintiff herein, by counsel, Andrew R. Thalman, Esq., and the law firm of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer, PLLC, filed its Affidavit Pursuant to W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1) requesting an Order of Publication against Defendant John P. McIntire.
WHEREFORE, as mandated by W.Va. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1), the requested Order of Publication is hereby ISSUED, as follows:
TO JOHN P. MCINTIRE, DEFENDANT:
1. The title of the civil action at bar is Wesbanco Bank, Inc. v. John P. McIntire, Defendant, Civil Action No. M54C-00325;
2. The object of the pending suit is the collection of certain monies owed to Wesbanco Bank, Inc. by John P. McIntire by virtue of a Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement between John P. McIntire and Wesbanco Bank, Inc.;

5. The Defendant, John P. McIntire, must appear and defend on or before August 7, 2026, a date which is not fewer than 30 days after the first publication hereof, otherwise a judgment by default will be rendered against you at any time thereafter.
