ST. ALBANS HOUSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE As required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the St. Albans Housing Authority will hold a 45-day comment period, open to the public, to review the PHA Annual Agency Plan, and the Capitol Fund 5 Year Plan. The Plans are available for review starting July 8, 2026, at the Authority's offices located at 650 6th Street St. Albans, WV 25177. The Annual Plan includes a description of proposed expenditures of $255,035.00 in our 2026 Capital Fund grant. A public hearing will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at the same location. A second public hearing will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at the same location.
