The operation is discharging into Road Fork and Board Tree Hollow of Hazy Creek of Marsh Fork, Mill Hollow, Upper Pauline Hollow, and Lower Pauline Hollow, Sugarcamp Hollow, an unnamed tributary of River Fork and Dark Hollow of Upper Big Branch of Marsh Fork of the Big Coal River, Simmons Hollow of James Creek of West Fork of Pond Fork of the Little Coal River of the Coal River of the Kanawha River and is located 4.8 miles, southeast of Twilight in Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County, and Crook District of Boone County, Longitude 81 f 32′ 47″ and Latitude 37 f 54′ 18″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
