NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 6, 2008, executed by H. Wyatt Hanna, III, and Terri A. Hanna unto J. Michael Anderson, Substitute Trustee, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 633 at Page 564, the makers of the Note and obligation secured thereby having failed to pay the same as provided for under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust, and default not cured within the terms of said note and Deed of Trust, the holder of the Note having declared the whole thereof to be due and payable and having requested the undersigned, in writing, to make sale of the real estate described in said Deed of Trust, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder on February 26, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. of that day at the front door of the Courthouse of Greenbrier County, Lewisburg, West Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land together with the buildings and improvements, if any, and/or personal property thereon, easements, rights of way, and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Irish Corner District, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, located on both sides of State Secondary Route No. 48, and more particularly designated and described as Lot No. 5 of the Riverside Addition, as set out and shown upon a map or plat of the said Riverside Addition, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, in Record of Maps Book No. 3 at Page 90 which lot is situate on both sides of the said State Secondary Route No. 48 and extends to the low water mark of the Greenbrier River, as shown upon the aforesaid map. And being the same real property conveyed unto H. Wyatt Hanna, III, and Terri A. Hanna, husband and wife, or the survivor, by deed dated May 28, 2008, from Thomas H. Johnson and Teresa S. Johnson, husband and wife, said deed recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 521 at Page 480. The above described real estate will be conveyed by the undersigned Substitute Trustee subject to the right of redemption of the United States of America as provided for in 26 USC Chapter 7425 pursuant to those certain notice of United States Tax Liens, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
