ORDER OF PUBLICATION The purpose of the above-entitled action is to obtain adjudication declaring that the governing documents and rules governing short term rental units of the Plaintiff Association are valid and enforceable and to obtain an injunction prohibiting the violation of the said rules and governing documents. And it appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Defendants Marc. I. Hafkin and Nancy Hafkin, Trustees of the Marc I. Hafkin and Nancy Hafkin Joint Revocable Trust Dated October 15, 2014, Ronald H. Wohl, Myrna C. Wohl, Jenny Eid, Ozlem Arslan and Betul Yusufhanoglu are believed to be non-residents of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had, it is ordered that Marc. I. Hafkin and Nancy Hafkin, Trustees of the Marc. I. Hafkin and Nancy Hafkin Joint Revocable Trust Dated October 15, 2014, Ronald H. Wohl, Myrna C. Wohl, Jenny Eid, Ozlem Arslan and Betul Yusufhanoglu, do serve upon Braun A. Hamstead, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 507 S. Fairfax Boulevard, Charles Town, WV 25414, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before August 31, 2026, otherwise, your property rights will be directly affected by any decree in this declaratory judgment action. A copy of said complaint may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located at Morgan County Courthouse, 77 Fairfax St., Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
