EXPRESSION OF INTEREST The Lewisburg Elks are soliciting for expressions of interest for the lease of approximately 4850 square feet of space at our Lewisburg Elks facility. The space is currently divided into an approximate 2325 square feet kitchen / restaurant and an approximate 2525 square feet banquet room. The space could be leased in its entirety or separately. The space is available April 1, 2016. The lease space is part of an existing facility which includes an 18 hole public golf course and an Elks Lodge. The facility is located at 368 Brush Road, Lewisburg, WV 24901. Expressions of interest are being accepted until February 22, 2016.
