TRUSTEE’S SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE The undersigned Trustee, by virtue of the authority vested in him by that certain Deed of Trust dated May 6, 2005, and duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 5017, at page 7197, Scott M. Lynch and Tiffany D. Lynch did convey unto Richard A. Pill, Trustee, certain real property described in said Deed of Trust; and default having been made under the aforementioned Deed of Trust, and the undersigned Trustee having been instructed by the secured party to foreclose thereunder, will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse, in Beckley, West Virginia, on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. The following described real estate, with its improvements, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and more particularly described as follows: BEING the surface of that certain tract of land located on Callaway Street in the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake on the eastern side of Calloway Street, which state is N. 13 degrees 30′ E. 89 feet from Berry Street; thence with a block wall S. 85 degrees 00′ E. 81.7 feet to a post; thence with a fence N. 9 degrees 00′ E. 51.3 feet to a post; thence with a fence N. 78 degrees 00′ W. 76 feet to a stake on Calloway Street; thence with the line of Calloway Street S. 13 degrees 30′ W. 60 feet to the place of BEGINNING. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 407 Hull Street, Beckley, WV 25801. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Scott M. Lynch and Tiffany D. Lynch, by deed dated May 6, 2005, from Tom Sopher and Teresa A. The above described property will be sold subject to any covenants, restrictions, easements, leases and conditions of record, and subject to any unpaid real estate taxes.
