PUBLIC HEARING

THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE ON MARCH 8, 2016 AT 6:30 P.M. IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT BECKLEY CITY HALL. THIS ORDINANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW AT CITY HALL, 409 SOUTH KANAWHA STREET BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:30 A.M. AND 4:30 P.M. AN ORDINANCE REVISING AND RESTATING MONTHLY PARKING RATES ON CITY OF BECKLEY PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City of Beckley Parking Committee on November 24, 2015 voted to recommend to City of Beckley Common Council that parking rates on City owned property be revised and/or restated as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that any Ordinance or Ordinances heretofore passed by the Common Council of the City of Beckley which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby amended to incorporate the content of this Ordinance.
