LEGAL NOTICE CRAB ORCHARD- MACARTHUR PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE IN RATES WITH EFFECTIVE DATES SUBJECT TO REFUND Notice is hereby given that in no less than fourteen (14) days from the publication of this notice, Crab Orchard – MacArthur Public Service District will file with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia a request to increase rates, tolls and charges for furnishing sewer service to approximately 4173 customers in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The proposed increased rates and charges will be effective immediately upon filing, unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Commission, and will produce approximately $547,850.00 in additional annual gross revenues, which is an increase of approximately 24.9{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}. The average monthly bill for all customers will increase by approximately 24.9{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}. Individual customers may receive increases that are greater or less than average. The requested rates and charges are only a proposal and are subject to change (increases or decreases) by the Public Service Commission in its review of this filing. If the Commission approves lower rates, the District will be required to make customer refunds.
