NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Trustee, Richard A. Pill, by that certain Deed of Trust dated May 19, 2006, executed by Borrower(s), James R. Franklin and Sybil L. Franklin, to Richard A. Pill, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5022, at Page 2882. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 360 Mankin Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Trustee will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: April 28, 2016 at 4:04 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beckley Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: The surface of that certain lot or parcel of land situate in “Park Heights”, in the City of Beckley, Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, which lot is designated as Lot No. Forty-two (42) on a map of said “Park Heights”, a copy of which map is filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 8, at page 95. And being the same property acquired by James R. Franklin and Sybil L. Franklin, by Deed dated May 19, 2006 from Mike M. J. Metrick and Brenda Metrick to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, prior to or simultaneously herewith. Being the same property conveyed to James R. Franklin and Sybil L. Franklin by the Deed dated May 19, 2006 and recorded in Deed Book 5022 at Page 2881 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
