LEGAL NOTICE April 4, 2016 James L. Pitrolo, Jr., Chairman of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a request for an exemption from Certificate of Need review, pursuant to West Virginia Code c 16-2D-5(m), from Community Health Systems, Inc., Beckley, Raleigh County, CON File #16-1-10777-X, for the development of a new clinic for AccessHealth Beckley in Raleigh County. The satellite health clinic will be located at 202 Bill Baker Way, Beckley, Raleigh County. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $0.
