ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is a suit for an Unlawful Detainer. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Robert J. Quesenberry and And/or Any John or Jane Doe are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Robert J. Quesenberry and And/or Any John or Jane Doe via personal service on March 23, 2016, without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that Robert J. Quesenberry and And/or Any John or Jane Doe do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, and the law firm of Samuel I. White, PC, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 5040 Corporate Woods Drive, Suite 120, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before May 16, 2016, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against Robert J.
