RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is notice that on the 16th day of June, 2016 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Hylton Farm, LLC, for the purpose of a Residential subdivision (South Slope Estates, Phase II 13 lots). The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (R2) Residential. The property to be affected contains 9.36 acres, more or less, and is located off Scott Ridge Road, Beaver, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 6, Part of Parcel 2, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
