Notice is here by given that on the 25th day of April, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Jessica Louk, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Jessica Lynn Louk to Jessica Lynn Wegman. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be reschedule without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office at 2 Randolph Ave., Elkins, WV 26241.
