Notice is here by given that on the 11th day of April, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Victoria Harner, will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Victoria Harner to Victoria Romans; at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
