CIRCUIT COURT OF RANDOLPH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA:
It appearing in the above captioned civil action pending before the Circuit Court of Randolph County that Kodi Tingler and Shae Dadisman are residents of the State of West Virginia, therefore notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of June, 2016, at 9:00 am. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Stephanie Elbon, Petitioner herein, on behalf of the infant child of Kodi Tingler and Shae Dadisman, will come for a Final Guardianship Hearing in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of a Final Order by said Court for Guardianship of the said infant child, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard if they so desire.
