The proposed operation is discharging into unnamed tributaries of West Fork Winding Gulf of Winding Gulf; unnamed tributaries of Winding Gulf; unnamed tributary of Riffe Branch of Stonecoal Creek of Winding Gulf; unnamed tributary of Farley Branch of Stonecoal Creek of Winding Gulf; all of Guyandotte River of Ohio River and is located 1.7 miles southwest of Princewick in Slab Fork District of Raleigh County, Longitude 81 f 15′ 24″ Latitude 37 f 39′ 25″.
