NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY Beaver Volunteer Fire Department Incorporated NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department, Incorporated of Beaver, Raleigh County, West Virginia (the Issuer) will meet on July 22, 2016 at 3:00 o’clock p.m. at the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department, Station 1, for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on the proposal that the Issuer enter into an installment purchase agreement in order to finance certain equipment. The equipment to be financed consists of a Self contained breathing apparatus compressor and will be located at 147 Third Street, Beaver, WV. To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into an installment purchase agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount of less than $65,000. The Issuer will be required to pay all expenses of operating, maintaining and insuring the equipment and to pay all taxes on the equipment. The installment payments due pursuant to the installment – purchase agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment. All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the Board of Directors Chairperson of the Issuer prior to the date of hearing set forth hereinabove.
