NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Trustee, Richard A. Pill, by that certain Deed of Trust dated April 30, 2008, executed by Borrowers, Erin Louise Tucker and Wesley Ivan Tucker, to Richard A. Pill, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Book 5031, at Page 3507. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 107 Lee Street, Beckley, WV 25801. The borrowers defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Trustee has been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. Accordingly, the Trustee will sell the following described property to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Raleigh County, in Beckley, West Virginia, on the following date: August 10, 2016 at 1:32 p.m. The property is described as of that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the County of Raleigh, State of West Virginia, being known and designated as Lot 9, Section 11, South Beckley Addition, according to the Plat thereof duly recorded with the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County in Plat 6, Page 46. And being the same property acquired by Wesley Ivan Tucker and Erin Louise Tucker, by Deed dated the 30th of April, 2007 from Matthew G. Cook and Andrea Franco-Cook, to be recorded prior to or simultaneously herewith and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County. Being the same property conveyed to Erin Louise Tucker and Wesley Ivan Tucker by the Deed dated April 30, 2008 and recorded in Deed Book 5031, at Page 3505 in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
