NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Corrective Deed of Trust dated February 8, 2014, from Keven Bronson Coulter to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5060, at page 8372, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $58,988.78, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on August 24, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all of those certain tracts of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, being a part of the Freda L. Waddell heirs, said rebar being North 57 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 98.48 feet from a ground rod, found, at the common corner of Kevin Coulter and Freda L. Waddell Heirs; thence with the common line of Kevin Coulter and Freda L. Waddell heirs; North 57 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East 59.32 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 489.1 square feet (0.011 acres), more or less, as surveyed by Southern Engineering & Surveying Company, Inc. and as shown on a plat titled “Plat Showing Boundary Survey of a Tract of Land for Kevin Counter, Located in the Vicinity of Crab Orchard, Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Scale: 1″ = 30′, Date: December 31, 2013”.
