ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that CLEAR FORK COAL COMPANY, 370 PACKSVILLE / MARFORK ROAD, PO BOX 457, WHITESVILLE, WV 25209 has submitted an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 254 Industrial Drive, Oak Hill, WV 25901 for a Phase 2 and 3 release on Permit Number U01300 issued for 22.2 acres. The permit is located in Clear Fork District of Raleigh County, 1.9 miles Southwest of Dorothy on Workman Creek; and Davis Fork and Stover Fork of Sycamore both of Clear Fork of Big Coal River of Coal River. Clear Fork Coal Company completed final reclamation on October 1, 2007 and is requesting release of 100 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $65,320.00.
