However, any person purporting to have paternal rights to the above-named child is hereby notified that the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources presently maintains legal custody of the child, and that proceedings are scheduled in the Circuit Court of Monongalia County, West Virginia, which will affect paternal rights to the child. A bearing is scheduled for September 19, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so.
