Kirkpatrick III, Division 10 ORDER OF PUBLICATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The purpose of this action is to determine guardianship of David Mosier, DOB August 3, 2005; Jasmine McCoy, DOB March 14, 2007; Lacey McCoy, DOB March 12, 2009; Jordan McCoy, DOB October 12, 2011 and Israelia McCoy, DOB October 12, 2011. Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, is seeking continued legal and physical custody of said children, and/or Termination of Parental Rights. It appearing that the whereabouts of Darren Mosier, or any known or unknown father, or of any named or unnamed father, or of anyone claiming paternity of infant child, David Mosier, is presently unknown at this time, it is ORDERED that Darren Mosier or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, David Mosier, appear in the Office of the Honorable H. L. Kirkpatrick III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, for an Improvement Period Review Hearing of Rodney McCoy and an Adjudicatory Hearing as to Mother and Darren Mosier on Friday, August 26, 2016, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., of that day and object, or make other defense, to the Petition, otherwise guardianship of the children may be granted to the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, the parental rights of the father and mother terminated. Further, it is hereby ORDERED that Darren Mosier or any known or unknown father, or any named or unnamed father, or anyone claiming paternity of infant child, David Mosier, be advised of his right to have counsel at every stage of these proceedings and that counsel will be appointed if he cannot pay for the services of counsel and that such proceedings may result in the severance of parental rights and the transfer of custody of said children unto the Petitioner.
