It is hereby ordered that ALLEN ANDREá WORKMAN, Respondent, serve upon EMERALD ELISHA WORKMAN, Petitioner, whose address is 3370 LOST PAVEMENT ROAD, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 24, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
