Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of April, 2017, at 9:45 oáclock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Denise Workman, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her childás name from Justin Fluharty to Justin Hall. At which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
