It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that AUTUMN ASHLEY PITTMAN is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that AUTUMN ASHLEY PITTMAN, Respondent, serve upon RYAN SETH PITTMAN, Petitioner, whose address is 300 RANIS ROAD, BELLEVILLE, WV 26133, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 1, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
