The object of the entitled action is for the Plaintiff to obtain a judgment against Defendants, Tonya L. McMaster and Sanford D. McMaster.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this the following.
- That Plaintiff and its counsel have used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Defendants, Tonya L. McMaster and Sanford D. McMaster.
- The Defendants, Tonya L. McMaster and Sanford D. McMaster, were last known to be residents of Washington County, Ohio but their health, status and location are unknown.
ORDERED, that Defendants, Tonya L. McMaster and Sanford D. McMaster, their unknown heirs, beneficiaries and assigns do appear and serve upon Timothy J. Amos, Plaintiffás attorney, whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer or defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before the 6th day of May, 2017, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the Clerk at her office located at 2 Government Square, Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in said County and State.
