It is hereby ordered that DEANNA LYNN KUHN, Respondent, serve upon WILLIAM KUHN, Petitioner, whose address is 1704 AVERY STREET PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MAY 16, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
