YOU ARE HEREBY INFORMED, that a petition for adoption of the above-identified child born to Christina Renae Jackson, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County. A hearing will be held on the 22nd day of May, 2017 at 1:30 p.m., before Judge Jason A. Wharton, at the Wood County Judicial Building, 2nd Floor, # 2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, pursuant to Article 22 of Chapter 48 of the West Virginia Code, as amended.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the petition for adoption, further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without any further notice to you.
