Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the Jefferson Elementary School Second Floor HVAC Replacement. Work shall include, but not be limited to demolition of existing unit ventilators and replacement with updated HVAC equipment. Work will include associated electrical, flooring, and wall patching. Bidding documents will be available at www.pickeringplanroom.com. Electronic bid documents will be provided at no cost and hard copies can be purchased for the cost of printing. A mandatory Prebid meeting will be held on May 8, 2017, at 11:00 am at Jefferson Elementary School located at 1103 Plum Street, Parkersburg, WV. Bids will be due at 9:30 am on May 24, 2017, in care of Garry Cooper at the Physical Plant Office, located at 4701 Camden Avenue, Parkersburg, WV at which time and place there will be a public bid opening.
