NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2017 at 12:30 P.M. IN THE SECOND FLOOR EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

- Proposed Minor Subdivision and subsequent street frontage and lot size variance.
Proposed subdivision of City Tax Map 31, Parcel 102 into two parcels, with the newly created lot requesting a 5 ft. street frontage variance and 566 sq. ft. lot size variance and the residual of City Tax Map 31, Parcel 102 requesting a 4,234 sq. ft. lot size variance. Followed by a lot consolidation of both parcels with abutting parcels.
