The object of the entitled action is for the Plaintiff to obtain a Judgment against Defendant, Tammi L. Stewart.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this the following.
- That Plaintiff and its counsel have used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of Defendant, Tammi L. Stewart.
- The Defendant, Tammi L. Stewart, was last known to be a resident of Washington County, Ohio, but her health, status and location is unknown.
ORDERED, that Defendant, Tammi L. Stewart, her unknown heirs, beneficiaries and assigns do appear and serve upon Timothy J. Amos, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 543 Fifth Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer or defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before the 5th day of June, 2017, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the Clerk at her office located at 2 Government Square, Room 133, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in said County and State.
