The Parkersburg Utility Board is Requesting Proposals for the sale and redevelopment of surplus property known as 1900 Staunton Avenue. These proposals shall be submitted at the Parkersburg Utility Board office, 125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on or before 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 2, 2017. The proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, other than the mailing envelope, clearly labeled on the outside âRFP Response ä 1900 Stauntonã.
Request For Proposal information is available at the Parkersburg Utility Board office weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
