NOTICE OF HEARING
CITY OF WILLIAMSTOWN
PLANNING COMMISSION
The City of Williamstown Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 7:30PM. The following items will be discussed:
- An Ordinance Rezoning Property within the Municipality from Zone III, Area II, to Zone I Residential for Property Located in the 400 Block between Henderson Ave. and Poplar Ave.
- An Ordinance Zoning Annexed Property, Zone II, Commercial for Newly Annexed Property along WV Rt.14 and River Road which includes a Portion of Henderson Wilds and the Whole of Heron’s Nest.
- An Ordinance Zoning Annexed Property, Zone I, Residential for Newly Annexed Property Adjacent to Turning Leaf Lane and WV Rt.14 on the Southwestern Boundary of the City of Williamstown.
The meeting will be held in the Williamstown City Council Chambers, 100 W. 5th Street, Williamstown, WV and is open to the public.
