The object of the above-styled action is adoption of Christopher Michael Taylor. It appearing that the whereabouts of Donald Scott Taylor are unknown, it is Ordered that he appear and serve upon counsel for the Petitioners, Leslie L. Maze, whose address is Post Office Box 279, Elizabeth, West Virginia, 26143, an answer or any defense that he may have to this Petition for Adoption within thirty days of the date of this first publication.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office located at the Wood County Courthouse in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding. You may appear and defend any such rights within the required time after such service. Any person who is properly served and fails to respond within the required time after its service may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
