It is hereby ordered that AIRRION ANTWON SMITH, Respondent, serve upon SONYA ADELE SMITH, Petitioner, whose address is 517 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before SEPTEMBER 25, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
