The object of the above entitled action is to approve and distribute the proceeds of the Wrongful Death Suit set forth above pursuant the W.Va. Code 55-7-5 and 55-7-6 for the alleged Wrongful Death of Rylan Blake Dent on February 6, 2014.
And is appearing that there may be parties identified in W.Va. Code 55-7-6(b) that may have an interest in the distribution of the above referenced settlement in this case.
Notice is hereby given that a hearing to seek Approval of the Court to Settle the Wrongful Death Claim of the Estate of Rylan Blake Dent will be held before the Honorable Joanna Tabit, whose address is Kanawha County Judicial Building, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV 25301, on the 29th day of September, 2017, at 1:30 p.m. Anyone having a claim to make pursuant to W.Va. Code 55-7-6(b) is hereby given Notice of said Hearing at which time and place they may appear to protect their interests.
