It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that VELVET DARLEN TAYLOR is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that VELVET DARLEN TAYLOR, Respondent, serve upon JEFF WILLIAM TAYLOR, Petitioner, by serving JEFF WILLIAM TAYLOR, 611 LENNER STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before OCTOBER 13, 2017.
If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
