NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Pursuant to a Deed of Trust dated April 28, 2014, executed by Christopher Hupp and Beth Lockhart, Grantors, conveyed unto Leslie L. Maze, Trustee, on behalf of Deborah L. Kent, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Lien Book 1927 at page 668, the undersigned will sell at public auction on October 30, 2017, at 1:30 p.m., at the front door of the Wood County Courthouse in Parkersburg, West Virginia, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being as follows:
In the District of Slate, County of Wood, and State of West Virginia, more particularly bounded as described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the blacktop road which leads to West Virginia Route No. 14; thence S. 32õ 58’ W. 21.02 feet to a point; thence S. 46õ 20’ W. 122.27 feet to a point; thence N. 51õ 48’ W. 143.02 feet to a point; thence N. 14õ 18’ W. 134.53 feet to a point; thence N. 60õ 51’ E. 129.74 feet to a point in the blacktop road; thence following the center line of said blacktop road S. 33õ 30’ E 111.10 feet to a point; thence likewise following the centerline of said road S. 39õ 06’ E. 112.46 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.776 acres, as shown on a plat prepared by James L. Debrular, dated May 24, 1973, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 620, at page 372.
Being the same tract or parcel of land conveyed unto Christopher Hupp and Beth Lockhart by Deborah L. Kent by Deed dated July 20, 2016, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County in Deed Book 1249 at page 853.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, or a letter verifying approval of funding from lender with prior satisfactory arrangements made with the undersigned. Sale is subject to all unpaid taxes and assessments, which shall be assumed by the Purchaser.
Any sale hereunder may be adjourned from time to time without any notice other than oral proclamation at the time and place appointed for the sale.
