REHABILITATION PROGRAM
Sealed bids for the City of Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortiumás Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program will be received by the City of Parkersburg, West Virginia in the Office of the Finance Director, First Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg WV 26102 until 10:00am local time on October 31, 2017 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all materials, installation and other special structures, necessary to complete the rehabilitation at 2317 Oak Street Parkersburg WV.
Bidding documents may be examined at the Office of the Development Director, Fifth Floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square, (PO Box 1627), Parkersburg, WV 26102 or on the City of Parkersburg official website wwwparkersburgcity.com under the Bid section
All potential bidders must be prepared to complete this project within 60 days of executing the projects contract.
